Radiology/Cardiology Management:

Radiology & Cardiology explores basic imaging workflows and how the various users will perform their roles in Radiology and Cardiology. 3Dclinical will explore how orders are placed and scheduled in the Application. The 3Dclinical technologist, who is responsible for creating the images using the imaging modality, will record information about the procedure being performed as well as ensuring that the procedure that was performed is accurately recorded. Radiology and Cardiology have multiple methods for communication to the reading physician from the technologist, and those methods are will be developed in the during the technologist workflows.
Radiologists and Cardiologists have several options for recording their findings
about a study. The course will explore several documentation tools, called SmartTools, for physicians who want to enter their finding directly. In addition, Radiant and Cardiant support dictating directly into the software to be transcribed by a transcriptionist.
There is more to a radiology information system (RIS) and a cardiovascular information system (CVIS) then just entering information. Reports can be generated with that information for viewing the imaging history of a patient and organizing the work that needs to be done by a user.

Radiology and Cardioogy will be designed to be extremely flexible products that can adapt to your workflows. As you work with the application, it won’t take long to realize that there is almost always more than one way to perform a task or access a Procedure.
